You can travel by public transport only with a valid ticket, which must be purchased prior to boarding the means of transport. Don’t forget to stamp your ticket upon entering the vehicle (tram, bus, ferry) or the transport space (metro and funicular) in the stamping device, otherwise you risk incurring a fine. It is not necessary to stamp the ticket when you purchase a ticket using the contactless terminal located in the middle of each tram.

Ticket validity is based on only on time — the number of transfers does not matter.

30-minute ticket — CZK 30

24-hour ticket — CZK 120

72-hour ticket — CZK 330

How to buy a ticket

Ticket terminals (validators) can be found in all trams, city buses and metro stations. They are used for purchasing single and short-term tickets. Payment is possible by cashless payment card only.
